If It’s Thursday, It Must Be Copenhagen

June 14, 2012

The Scandinavian Fashionista Road Show has come to an end, and I am enjoying a quiet evening before embarking on my journey home tomorrow.

The presentations were very well received, and I met some great people in both Stockholm and Copenhagen these past 2 days.

Here are a few of them:

The streets of Copenhagen were filled with activity tonight. Here are a few of the street performers I encountered:

Blowing giant bubbles

Street musician

Most rode bikes, but these folks commuted via Segue

The shops were closed, but the windows were open, and I managed to document a little of the local style. They have embraced the pastel trend for both men and women, and it’s looking great!

There is also a blue mood that is permeating style for home and fashion.

It’s been a great albeit hectic trip, and I head back Stateside early in the morning.

I’ll be back on-line and posting before you know it!

A Birdseye View of Things to Come

June 9, 2012

I am heading off to Scandinavia to be a presenter at a series of trend seminars. The first is in Gothenburg, Sweden, followed by Stockholm and Copenhagen.I hope to be posting from each city offering you a little insider’s view of Fall 2013 fashion and color trends, as well as a peek at the local culture and street style.

Stay tuned for updates from my trip and a little glimpse of things to come!
