Last week we wrote about “pedicure pantyhose,” a new phenomenon from Japan.
Today, we bring you chicken flavored nail polish. Seriously.
Created by KFC Hong Kong, the edible nail polish comes in two iconic flavors; original, and hot and spicy. The polish is a collaboration with McCormick and Company who supply the secret spice mix to KFC.
The original flavor comes in a nude hue, infused with glittery flecks. The hot and spicy is a sparkly orange shade, reminiscent of hot sauce.
Currently, the polish is only available at KFC stores in Hong Kong, but the company hopes to expand the distribution over the next 6 months.
To paraphrase Glamour.com, it kinda gives new meaning to the term “chicken fingers.”
